SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST Full Time

Crown Medical Services are looking for an experienced Band 6 Dysphagia trained Speech and Language Therapist. This position offers Full /Part-Time hours for an initial 3-month period.

The successful candidate must have 2 years post grad experience, with at least 1 year UK experience and will be responsible for completing detailed assessments, developing care plans and identifying realistic goals for adults with a range of communication disorders including dysphagia.

They will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate specialist treatments for a varied caseload. Some main duties will include: Report writing, Coaching, Training and Consultation work.

Experience required:

• Managing a caseload of clients with varied diagnosis and complex needs
• Assessment of individuals
• Work within a multidisciplinary team – liaising with other Healthcare Professionals
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal / Written)
• Ability to build strong relationships.
