PHYSIOTHERAPIST Temporary

Crown Medical Services are looking for a HCPC registered Band 6 Physiotherapist based in Essex, to start ASAP for a period of 3 months working 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate must have 2 years post grad experience, with at least 1 year UK NHS. The Physiotherapist must have community experience, delivering high quality rehabilitation in a patient’s home rather than in a community bed setting for those patients with a rehabilitation need as part of a multi professional service/team.

Working with patient centred goal orientated rehabilitation, self-management and independence throughout care.

Experience required:

• Able to work with remote supervision
• Manage your own caseload.
• Use initiative and work flexibly to respond to the service need.
• Confident autonomous practitioner who is able to be self-directed and well organised.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal / Written)
